Leeds Tykes is delighted to announce the signing of back rower Matt Burke. Matt has returned from Australia to rejoin the club he first joined ahead of the 2021/22 season, taking part in the Ventur Cup.
Matt Burke won a host of awards during the previous 2 seasons he was with us: Oracle Coaches’ Player of the 2021/22 season, pre-season/early 2022/23 season Man of Steel, and Coaches Player of the Season for the 2022/23 season.
On coming back to the Tykes, Matt said: “I’m back where I belong.”
