Leeds Tykes is delighted to announce another four more players who have committed their future to the club for the 2024/25 campaign.

They are:

Seremaia BaiTuragabeci
The versatile fly-half/winger scored 133 points last season in 19 appearances. Jerry’s tally included 3 tries, 47 conversions and 8 penalties.

We put this question to Jerry: “How did you find the change to fly-half last season and what can we expect from you next year?”

He told us: “I loved every minute playing 10 last season. I’ve been waiting for an opportunity to play there for a few seasons and to get a full season at 10 under my belt with the guidance of Lucock and Aspi was pretty cool. I’ve still got a few tweaks to make in terms of game management and knowing when to pull out the flashy stuff but we got time and that’s the beauty of pre-season.

“What to expect from me, is a lot of running rugby, I’ll always look to play and just try to be the best teammate I can be.”

Kit Keith
Kit made 11 appearances during the 2023/34 season, mostly as scrum-half but sometimes on the wing. He scored 1 try and was successful with 2 conversions.

We asked Kit: “What are you going to bring to the Tykes squad next season?”
He replied: “My primary goal for the upcoming season is to maintain a sharp focus on our set pieces and continue to excel as the top defensive team in the league.

“I aim to prepare both mentally and physically for each game, especially considering the significant turnout expected for the local derby matches. I can bring pace to the game, which is the Tykes’ style of play and every supporter loves watching fast-flowing rugby.”

Tobi Ademakin
Tobi made an impact after moving to the back row, after previously playing in the front row as a loosehead prop. He scored 7 tries in 16 appearances.

Jack Gilmartin
Jack graduated from the 2022/23 development squad, scoring 1 try in 11 outings for the Tykes in his first season with the squad, playing in the second row.

Watch out for further announcements about retained players coming soon.
